How many pieces of fruit do you have per day?

I've been eating a banana and strawberries with yogurt at breakfast and an apple at lunch. A apple and a banana every day is really typical for me. Too many carb and sugar heavy fruits in a day? It was suggested to me that too much could be preventing my ability to lose weight.

    Julie H I eat a ton of fruit, and I think the secret is to not eat too much after lunch time (except 1 piece after workout!). Some fruits are definitely more sugary than others so if you want to cut down on sugars maybe stick to berries etc. The fructose is vit...  more

    Jessica I used to eat fruit all day, but since starting the plan.....I'm limiting myself to 3 servings (breakfast, snack, lunch). It's difficult!
