3 Ingredient Vegan Dinner 



  • ¼ to ½ can of 4 bean mix
  • Roasted brussel sprouts in coconut oil, salt & pepper
  • ½ cup boiled millet w/ a little olive oil
  • Hot sauce for topping



  • Boil beans – you could even microwave it if you were in a hurry
  • Millet – boil 2 parts water to 1 part millet
  • Cut brussel spouts in half and roast for 20 – 25 minutes
  • Add whatever fresh seasoning you’d like to the brussel sprouts: Italian herbs, lemon, lemon pepper, oregano, garlic
  • Assemble your meal – lay a base of brussel sprouts, add beans & millet and you’ve got yourself a simple vegan dinner!
