Makes 12 portion
Preheat over at 350
You will need :
-4 whole eggs
-6 egg whites (1 1\2 cup)
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- Veggies of choice ( I love zucchinis, dried tomatoes, onions and spinach for this recipe)
- Low fat cheese (optional)
In a large pan, put 1\2 cup of water, all your spices and veggies, cook for 4-5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix your whole eggs with egg whites and add veggies when they are done.
Oil your muffin molds and pour the mixture.
Send them in the oven for 15 minutes, then add cheese on top and put it back for about 5 minutes.
